TERMINOLOGY

The terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kingfare website and its services. The following terms to use Kingfare services consider as a legally binding agreement contracted between you (“client”, “customer”, “yours”, ”you” or “on your behalf” as the context requires) personally or on behalf of your entity and Kingfare.com (“we”, “us”, “ourselves”, “our” or “Kingfare”as the context requires) a travel service company located in Mississauga concerning to your access for using our services at all or any platforms including the desktop site, mobile site, mobile app (not limited to iOS/Android) or any other authorised source whether expressed or implied. Use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she/it or they, are taken as interchangeable and consider to refer the same context.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Kingfare terms and conditions are subject to add or change anytime with its sole discretion without any prior notice. Any changes or terms updated on this website or same source apply as soon as they are posted. It is visitor’s obligation to stay up to date with the latest changes posted in terms of use of Kingfare.com.

By using this website you agree with all terms & conditions to use of Kingfare.com and we assume that you accept these terms and conditions fully. We recommend you to discontinue using Kingfare’s website if you dislike or are unable to agree (accept) all of the terms for use mentioned in this page including privacy policy.

We provide services related flights search, discounts, offers, deals which includes further support related to same services. We fetch data from authorised, approved and trusted third party sites to display on our webpages, mobile sites and apps. We do not confirm or can be held liable for any third party wrong information displaying on our channel. We do not sell tickets directly on our behalf and are not travel agents.

AUTHORIZATION AND ELIGIBILITY

To register or agree with our terms and conditions, your age must be at least 18 years or you are not permitted to register with Kingfare. If you are minor then we must need the permission of your parents or guardian prior to use of this website. You are legally obliged to follow the below stated rules and regulations to use this website:

  1. You are not a minor or you already have expressed or implied permission of your parent or guardian to register or use our web pages.
  2. You will be completely and solely responsible for any misuse of your registered account at Kingfare in case your login credentials are stolen or leaked out by your sources. It’s your responsibility to keep the username and password safe from the reach of unauthorized personnel. We recommend you to immediately notify us in case of any misuse or leakage of your credentials.
  3. You are using our website with a positive intention and for a reasonably natural purpose which does not include your action which may hurt, damage, misbehave, misfunction or change the website functionality in any way.
  4. You will not use this website for unauthorized or illegal purpose.
  5. Your submitted information is true, accurate, flawless and legitimate right according to your passport or other government issued ID cards. Kingfare will not be held responsible for any error, delay, loss etc. whether personal or financial occurred due to your inputs.
  6. You will not use the website through automated software, robot, script or other nonhuman sources.
  7. You must be legally authorized to use this site and your access to this website will not violate any running law or regulation
  8. Your transactions, bookings or reservations for yourself or for any other person must be legitimate within jurisdiction and there must not be any primary or secondary illegal intention of black marketing, fraudulent Booking or otherwise.
  9. You will not collect usernames or email IDs through unauthorised means or contact, or send unsolicited emails without permissions.
  10. You will not use our web site or owned sources anyhow to sell your goods or services or take undue advantage of our business without our written consent.
  11. You will not attempt to create undue burden on the site or otherwise hack, upload harmful scripts, automate robot, trojans, worms, virus or other non-human programs.

GERNERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Kingfare is not responsible for providing you information regarding change in flight, accommodation, travelling etc. for their timings, schedule, program or happenings.
  2. We display you various offers, deals, concerts or discounts at our web site but it will never be concluded as our advice or suggestions. You must take due care and caution by checking everything related to terms, rules, regulations, conditions or otherwise attached with such concerns.
  3. The destinations or travel journey may be dangerous or risky from one to another. Kingfare does not take responsibility to inform, advice or warn you for any possible risk and is not liable for any loss of health or otherwise damage.
  4. We are not obliged to provide complete information regarding domestic or international destinations for their viability but It’s your part of liability to make sure that you are aware of endangered or insecure places by various media or contacting local authorities and you will be solely responsible for any mishappening, damage, loss or otherwise consequences.
  5. You must acknowledge that beyond the terms of use or unauthorized use of our web site, platform or services may result to unintended and undue loss, injury, damage to Kingfare, our agents, staff or to our affiliates. This may result an appropriate action against you by our concerned authorities to claim suitable remedies, compensation along with otherwise mental, physical, business, spiritual or defamation damages.
  6. We are not accountable for any errors or mistakes which have gone unnoticed at a time by you, customer or by our staff and occurred due to human or non-human operations.
  7. Any outsider person who is not concern with or is not a party of our terms would not be entitled to interfere, claim, demand or enforce otherwise our rules and regulations.
  8. Any failure by Kingfare to mention or enforce any of the terms shall not be consider as waiver of those terms or limit our rights to subsequently enforce those terms in future.
  9. The terms and conditions shall be binding to you only and you are not entitled to impose the same terms in part or as whole to third party without our written consent.
  10. Your use of this web site or abiding the terms will be governed by the jurisdiction and law of Ontario, Canada irrespective of the country or region you are actually accessing Kingsfare and its services. No other than the courts of Ontario, Canada will take any dispute into their proceedings even after you are not anyhow concerned with the country of Canada where our registered business office and operations are going on.

ACCESSING KINGFARE

Although our website is 24/7 available to access online services but we reserve the rights to withdraw our service at any time without any prior notice. Your access to our website or services is temporary and we are not liable for any financial, mental, spiritual or personal loss or damage occuring due to our unavailability at any time and for any duration. Kingfare cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage occurred to any personnel in connection with our website, app or subsequent source. You are recommended/advised to make all necessary arrangements to avoid any unpleasant situation of unavailability in case of our down server, temporary maintenance closure or otherwise.

  1. The site can only be used for the obvious purposes or for which the website was intended to be made for. The site is for personal or direct customer use only. Any use of website with commercial endeavours is not permitted unless otherwise approved by Kingfare.
  2. You cannot copy, licence, change, sell or transmit the content of this website including but not limited to text, images, visuals, branding, audio, video or links for your personal or commercial use.
  3. Due to the ever changing complex technology, we cannot guaranty that our downloadable files are free from any type of viruses or harmful scripts. It is your responsibility and we recommend you to take and follow adequate procedures to make the destination of downloading files safe and error free.
  4. You will remain logged in to our website until you manually logged out of the system even after you close your browser using credentials.

BOOKING PROCESS AND CONDITIONS

You get an email for the details of your booking after you complete the process of reservation at our website. But please note that the reservations are not fully confirm until and unless accepted by authorised agents. After confirmation, if you decide to change your travel dates, misspelled names or other changes which required the re-issuance of the ticket, then you may need to pay an additional amount for any amendments. We are not liable for any type of assistance for third party ticket issuance or reservation although we may provide some sort of advice, help or direction as goodwill to fast up your process.

FLIGHTS AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Booking of flights made through Kingfare may or may not be subject to amend or cancel depending on the type, class or timings of the flight. Any changes in existing booking is the sole discretion of particular airline or company as per their policies and we hold no rights for third party operations. Your bookings may or may not be refundable and you need to directly contact the particular airlines for any assistance. In some cases, we may assist you or give directions to make it easy for you to reach out the airline staff who may further help you. A specific fee can be charged by us or by third party website service depending on the type of request for any amendment or cancellation, which you may need to pay prior to the completion of request. Refunds would be given by concerned airlines with or without our assistance but in case of noshow, we entertain no cancellation requests and its entirely becomes the procedure to follow by airlines  only.

REFUND POLICY

Kingfare issues a refund only after getting request to cancel booking through email via you, your agent, concerned partner or company within a specific time period. Our terms to refund upon request is in accordance with time, percentage of refund and charges:

  1. For the cancelation of your bookings within 10 days of the departure, we issue no refunds
  2. For the cancellation of bookings requested within 15 to 10 days of departure, we issue 25% refund out of total cost
  3. For the request of cancellation done in between 30 to 15 days, we refund 50% of your refund and rest of the amount will be used as cancellation charges
  4. For the request of cancellation received prior to 31 days or more to the departure, we charge 25% of you amount and refund 75% of amount back to you.

The refunds upon your request will be processed within 10 working days by Kingfare if there is no subsequent issues and only after received by concerned airline or other service provider.

We do not guarantee or cannot estimate time for the refund and reach your bank account due to various banking procedures but in general, it takes 72 hours to 7 working days in case of credit cards and net banking transactions respectively.

The refund will be mailed to the same address as of where payment was done and can be processed only after we receive the refunded amount from airlines, accommodation, transporter or other concerned party.

Kingfare can not be held liable to pay any refund which in any case is not received from the airlines, accommodation, transporter or other concerned party. In case where the concerned party declares itself as insolvent or bankrupt and/or shut down its operations, kingfare will not be responsible for any refunds on their behalf.

BUILDING IFRAMES

Without prior written approval by Kingfare no one is allowed to create Iframes or use of any technique which visually change the frontend, user interface, design or appearance of our website which  in any way, degrades the user experience to surf website.

CREATING HYPERLINKS TO OUR CONTENT

Following organizations are able to link to our website without prior approval by Kingfare:

  • News agencies
  • Government organisations
  • Search engine platforms

Approved organizations are permitted to link our web pages provided that the action :

  1. must not misbehave, misunderstand or mislead;
  2. truly fits within the continuity and interest of visitor; and
  3. must not falsely sponsor, endorse or approval the visitor for its products or services

If you are willing to or are not part of above stated organisations and interested in linking our web pages, you must send us an e-mail at agents@kingfare.com for approval. We expect your name, email, organisation (including web URL and list of URLs from where you intend to link our web pages) and contact information. We may response within 3 weeks with or without approval or further discussion. Approved organisations must need to follow guidelines to hyperlink which includes:

  • the use of Kingfare Logo and corporate name
  • any visuals or fake text links not related to Kingfare business are not allowed
  • absent linking through Kingfare corporate name or branding or related artwork is not permitted

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS FOR LINKS REMOVAL

We reserve the rights with our sole discretion to compel you to remove any or all links from your web page directing to our web pages. You hereby agree to immediately remove all/any requested links and we are not bound to show any clarification for the reasons of our request.

For your links showing at our website, if you believe that those look unauthorised or objectionable for any reason, you can contact us at our email info@kingfare.com to inform but we will have no obligation to respond to you directly in any predefined time frame. We may consider your request after a meaningful discussion with authorised parties involved.

LEAVING REVIEWS

There may be some areas in our website where we allow you to leave your comments, reviews, feedbacks with or without images, emojis, star ratings or similar. You must comply with our predefined criteria while going through this procedure and failing to this may result to an unpleasant suitable actions against wrongdoers:

  1. Your reviews must not contain offensive or abusive language, visuals, emojis, racist or hate comments
  2. You must have a direct experience for our service for which you are sharing your good or bad experiences.
  3. You cannot post false representations or fictitious comments to mislead visitors to the website.
  4. Your comments must not contain links redirecting visitors to illegal, unrelated, personal business or porn content related sites.
  5. Your reviews are not eligible to have references which are not related to the actual context.
  6. You are not permitted to post discriminatory statements based on race, religion, age, region, sex, disability or colour.
  7. You must not add our competitor references or list their services at our web page with wrong intentions or otherwise.
  8. You can share your views or experience of service but not eligible to judge or conclude negatively against any incident, statement, reply or happening
  9. You cannot compel or start campaign to insist others for posting reviews or replies whether positive or negative
  10. We are absolutely out of any obligation to show or remove comments. We can accept, reject, add or remove or again add any comments at any time or for any duration with our sole discretion.
  11. We can not be held liable for any reviews resulting in anyone’s personal, mental, financial or otherwise loss

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

You agree that Kingfare reserve the right to suspend or discontinue your registered account immediately and terminate the access of our services to you. We take the violation of our terms very seriously to positively maintain our web space and cannot be held liable for any type of loss occuring due to the action of termination. Upon violation and breach of any expressed or implied terms and conditions listed in this page, we may:

  1. Terminate your account, profile and space with us immediately.
  2. Stop your access to our website including any information, files or data placed in concerned account
  3. Discontinue to send notifications, newsletters or any other material information
  4. Seize any committed offers, services, information or files

DISCOUNTS, OFFERS AND DEALS

You must consult your doctor before travelling to avoid any mishappening or to take precautions before or during your trip. You are strongly recommended to check concerned country government guidelines along with terms and conditions of particular airlines regarding pregnancy concerns if applicable.
